Spent the day cleaning, doing laundry, killing flies (last count 45 dead), stocking up on supplies in Ceduna and playing on the beach. Tim and I tried some of Ceduna’s local oysters for lunch with a lovely Chardonnay – beautiful! Nice to have a bit of decadence.
In the afternoon, we headed down to the beach located behind the campsite and spent time enjoying our first afternoon on an SA beach. Tim and the kids worked on building an inland river system along the beach. That’s called learning on the road.
Quote of the day. Sammy – “I don’t want to change in Mum and Dad’s tent. There are too many flies.” Nick – “Flies don’t care if you are naked.”
